Electronic Fund Transfer System

Implementation of the Electronic Funds Transfer System (EFTS)

The Central Bank of Bahrain has recently announced that all banks in Bahrain need to implement Electronic Funds Transfer System (EFTS) – an online payment system in the Kingdom of Bahrain. With the (EFTS) system customers can make near real time transfers to other banks in Bahrain as follows:

 fawri-plus Fawri Plus Service : will allow you to transfer funds instantly with an amount up to BD 1000 to other Banks in Bahrain through any of our branches or via our Internet Banking Service “Arabi Online“.  
 fawri-1(1) Fawri Service : will allow you to transfer funds within 1 working day for amounts above than BD 1000 to other Banks in Bahrain through any of our branches or via our Internet Banking Service “Arabi Online“. 
Benefit_EFTS_Logos_Primary(3) Fawateer: will allow you to view, inquire, and pay your outstanding bills of multiple billers through Fawateer easily and conveniently.
